Our customer relations department has been developed to help you gain the maximum benefit from your IL analyser. Working in conjunction with our purpose built European distribution centre in Milan we are able to supply virtually any part or reagent on a next day basis. The system has proved to function to an even higher level than we had hoped and research carried out with our customers has show that the level of service we offer in reality is exceptional .

We can send you an automatic email when your orders are dispatched. If you have a standing order we can contact you to tell you what is due to be delivered a couple of days before and you can change it by adding or removing items, increasing or decreasing quantities
